This blog is to help you to find new ways, methods and techniques to relax. It is based on the new book 'Relaxation For Dummies' which will be out in Autumn 2011.

My name is Shamash Alidina and I'm the author of the book. My previous bestselling book was 'Mindfulness For Dummies' and came out in August 2010. It has been one of the bestselling books on Mindfulness ever since it came out.
